With over 35 years of hands-on experience in real estate, Brenda brings a unique perspective that goes far beyond traditional agent expertise. Her journey began in 1988, when she first entered the real estate arena and discovered a passion for building and transforming properties. Over the decades, she has built two custom homes from the ground up and successfully remodeled and sold numerous others—experiences that have given her invaluable insight into every aspect of the home buying and selling process.
In 2003, Brenda made the pivotal decision to transition into full-time real estate, driven by a desire to share the wealth of knowledge she had accumulated and to help others navigate their real estate journeys with confidence. Her objective has remained constant: to bring genuine value to every client through real, first-hand experience that cannot be taught in a classroom.

Today, she finds tremendous joy in helping buyer clients discover their dream homes, guiding them through each step with the expertise that comes from having been in their shoes. For sellers, Brenda is committed to making the sale of their home as stress-free as possible, drawing on her extensive renovation and marketing experience to showcase each property’s full potential.  This is more than a job for her—it’s a passion.
